Step into a sacred space of renewal and reflection at Renewal of the Heart Rabiul Awl Day Retreat—a soulful gathering designed to honour the spiritual beauty of Rabi' al-Awwal (literally the the first spring, aligning with the springtime in Australia this year) and awaken the spirit of spring and renewal within.

This intimate retreat invites sisters to slow down and reconnect—through a unique blend of inner work, spiritual reflection, and creative expression. Together, we will explore the power of the heart, the clarity of intention, and connect with our creativity, sisterhood, and our feminine nature through creativity and adornment.

Retreat Highlights:

✨ 2 NLP Sessions – Gently uncover limiting beliefs and align your inner dialogue with your core purpose and attain unity with your heart through a two part guided Neuro-Linguistic Programming session facilitated by Aisha Meguid.

Part 1: Uncover limiting/unfounded/unhelpful beliefs about the self in relationship with the Creator, explore how these may be impacting your spiritual pracrice, and learn transformational techniques to reinstate correct beliefs.

Part 2: Rewrite your heart narrative for a complete renewal of the heart.

🕊 Spiritual Talk & Reflections– Reflect deeply on the importance of intentions, and learn how to tap into the power of your heart in the journey toward closeness with Allah ﷻ. Rooted in Islamic tradition, this session offers a space for spiritual reflection and insight and personal awareness.

🔗 Paint a scarf Workshop using Flower printing/pounding– In the spirit of spring and renewal, learn the art of tataki-zome, and other fabric painting techniques to make hijab size cotton scarves using real flowers. All supplies provided.

🌹 Prophetic Dhikr & Salawat – Immerse your heart in love and remembrance with dhikr, sunnah dubs, and salawat upon the Prophet ﷺ to soften our hearts, and connect deeply with his radiant example.
