This is the most exciting and fun-filled local adventure we have organised to date and is the perfect start to the new year with adventure, group games and activities, stunning nature, educational workshops, art activities, spiritual sessions, campfire and so much more.

Join us in Cave Hill Creek in Raglan Victoria, with its stunning mountain views and lake-side setting for an unforgettable two days of outdoor adventure, creative expression, and sisterhood and friendship, and lots mindful, spiritual and fun activities.

This clamping event is designed to be both fun and full of adventure and laughs, and also incorporate moments of stillness, peace within nature, and nourishment for the soul.

This two-day glamping activity is for all sisters age 12 and up, and perfect for:

  1. Mums and daughters wanting a special experience for the holidays;

  2. anyone wanting to start the new year on a new note, with new people, new experiences, and new environment;

  3. groups wanting to do something together, and have the option of joining the organised activities

  4. anyone who loves nature, adventure, art, and being with other muslim sisters in a safe, peaceful and inclusive space

Start: 11am Friday 2 January 2026 (depart from Melbourne 7am)

Accommodation & Meals

The retreat will be held at Cave Hill Creek, Raglan Victoria.

We will be staying in glamping tents (bunk-style bed arrangement). We will have the entire glamping site to ourselves.

All meals will be catered from lunch on day of arrival till lunch on day of departure.

You will beed to bring your own linen.

Pricing

Early-bird price: $290 (self-transport) for bookings until 18 December 2025

Regular price: $330 for booking after early-bird offer expires

Transport: Transport is an additional $60 per person.

FAQs

Is transport to the venue included?

Transport is provided (with the transport package), and we will have a WhatsApp group for the event through which you could also seek carpooling if you do not have access to a car.

Can I bring my children?

You may bring your female children over the age of 12 with.a full ticket.

What if I have special needs?

Whilst we aim to accommodate most special needs including dietary requirements and mobility limitations, we will ask you to list your special needs at time of booking and if it is something we cannot accommodate, we will advise and provide a full refund. Please be advised that we cannot accommodate special needs for bookings made less than 1 week before the event date.

Does the price include all activities and meals?

Yes, all actives and meals listed in the inclusions are included.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, please send us an email and we will work out a payment plan.

What do I need to bring?
